REPAIR SERVICE

These are the Terms & Conditions on which 1 Stop Solutions supply Repair Services to you. By placing an order/asking us to repair your device you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use: Customers are advised to carefully read before placing an order.

(a) The terms set out in these Conditions of Repair (“Agreement”) shall apply to the service we provide to repair your mobile telephone and/or any accessories listed (“Equipment”) on the collection receipt.

(b) Reference to “us”, “we” and “our” refer to 1 stop solutions and references to “you” and “your” are references to you, the person addressed on this form.

(c) All repairs (unless otherwise stated)

(d) This Agreement shall commence from the date you pass the device to an 1 Stop Solutions representative and shall continue until we have repaired or otherwise returned your Equipment (“Services”), whichever is sooner, and received any payment due from you.

(e) By agreeing to this I authorise 1 Stop Solutions to carry out repairs to my device (s). I accept that having my device (s) repaired could lead to other faults, or highlight further faults that may be of a different nature and, therefore cannot be repaired by a 1 Stop Solutions Technician.

(f) Acknowledge that whilst 1 Stop Solutions’ technicians are trained to repair specialists, 1 stop solutions is not an authorised service provider for any manufacturer of any brand of device and has no affiliation with any device manufacturer.

(g) Agree to release, indemnify, and hold 1 Stop Solutions and its technicians from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any repair work performed on your device(s).

(h) Agree that where the repair services relate (in any way) to liquid damage on your device(s), the warranty does not apply to any liquid damaged device(s);

(i) Agree that any data or information that you may have stored on your device(s) shall remain your sole responsibility and 1 stop solutions accepts no liability for loss, deletion, amendment to or corruption of such data howsoever caused and 1 Stop Solutions therefore highly recommends that you back up your device(s) prior to allowing 1 Stop Solutions to work on your device(s);

(j) Agree that you are responsible for removing any SIM and/or memory cards on your device(s) and 1 stop solutions shall not, in any event, be liable for any data loss, corruption, deletion, or alteration, and hardware or software failure.

(k) Acknowledge that any repair services rendered by 1 stop solutions may void manufacturer warranties for your device(s), and that 1 stop solutions does not assume any liability or warranty if the manufacturer warranties are voided. If you do not wish to void your warranty, you should not ask 1 stop solutions to repair your device (s) and take your device(s) to the relevant manufacturer.

(l) Agree that it is your responsibility to inform 1 Stop Solutions accurately with regard to the model description and condition of your device(s), as well as whether any modifications or repairs have previously been attempted or completed on your device(s). 1 Stop Solutions will perform a check-in diagnosis of your device(s) to evaluate its/their condition. If the device(s) are in noticeably different condition than previously described, you agree that additional charges may apply which 1 Stop Solutions will advise you of before proceeding;

(m) Where the Repair Services involve the repair of waterproof devices, 1 Stop Solutions cannot guarantee the device(s) will remain waterproof following completion of the Repair Services.

(n) Whilst 1 Stop Solutions aims to perform the repair services within the timeframe specified to you, the repair services may be subject to events outside our control, which may include waiting for new spare parts to be ordered and arrive with 1 Stop Solutions. In any event, all times for performance of the repair services are approximate only, and 1 Stop Solutions will not be liable for any compensation as a result of late delivery of the repair services.

(o) Any device(s) repaired at 1 Stop Solutions repair centre must be examined by you upon receipt before leaving repair centre If your device(s) is/are, unrepaired or with further faults, you must inform 1 Stop Solutions within 2 days. If you do not inform 1 Stop Solutions within 2 days of receipt, 1 Stop Solutions shall have no liability if your device(s) is/are damaged/faulty on collection. This does not affect your statutory rights or any other rights under these Terms.

(p) If the device is under manufacturer warranty after the repair processes the manufacturer warranty will be void.

 

Returns, cancellations and faulty goods policy

Refunds are paid once your product is back with us.

Cancellations / Non-faulty returns
If you change your mind, and wish to return your order, you must do so within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase/delivery.
Unwanted returns are not accepted after this period.
To qualify for a refund, unwanted products must be:
– unopened
– unused, without installation or data input
– in the same condition as supplied to you
– complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
– with the original box and unopened packaging

Unwanted products cannot be accepted after 30 days if any of the above criteria are not met.
The right of cancellation does not apply in the following circumstances:
– When the product seal has been broken on any DVDs, CDs, memory cards or software, including games
– On headphones, where the seal on the packaging is broken
– If you want to return a Software Product Activation Key card which is not faulty, the silver strip on the back of the card must be fully intact as new

If a product is returned as unwanted, but the above conditions are not met, no costs will be refunded.
Serial numbers of all parts and products will be verified against the returned item/s. If the serial number/s of the returned item/s are found not to correspond with the original serial number/s, no costs will be refunded.
Any form of investigation, intervention or repair undertaken on your purchase by any party other than 1 Stop Solution will result in the invalidation of the applicable product warranty, and a return will not be accepted and no costs will be refunded.
All warranties are non-transferrable.


How to return
Returns are FREE & EASY
For all exchange & returns queries please contact us via the email on info@1stopsolution.co.uk.
Returns will be processed within 24 hours once received at our store (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed the return process & a refund or exchange has been processed.
Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.


The above warranties do not cover non-faulty products, nor issues caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If a product is returned as faulty but found not to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of accident, neglect or misuse, no costs will be refunded.
Please note – we do not stock spare parts, and are unable to send replacement parts
Serial numbers of all parts and products will be verified against the returned item/s. If the serial number/s of the returned item/s are found not to correspond with the original serial number/s, no costs will be refunded.

In all cases, goods must be received before refunds are given.
You can expect your refund to be processed within 48 hours of us confirming we have done our due process as per the return policy.
– you received an incorrect item
– you received a damaged item
– you received a faulty item

Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for a refund to appear in your account.
