    There are some exclusions to your coverage. • Any liquid damaged • Accidental damage • Any damage caused by misuse • Any software damage, we don’t cover software issues (but will attempt to assist you with a problem). • Loss of data (We strongly advise you backup your device before getting repaired) • If a subsequent repair is done on the device after our repair by someone else this voids our warranty.

    A technician will need to check and diagnose all issues before they open your device. Testing is done before, during, and after the repair so you have complete peace of mind when collecting your repaired device.

  • Do you charge Diagnostic fee?

    This is a preliminary Service Fee (where & If the unit has to be opened or tested) When you choose to go ahead with the full repair, then the diagnostic fee is deducted from the overall cost or repair from your bill.
